All of this is very personal to me.
During my childhood, I experienced abandonment, neglect, psychological manipulation and sexual violations. By the time I turned 17, I was living with daily anxiety, jaw tension, gut pain, and knee pain that prevented me from hiking and running (the two activities I loved most).
My search for healing included massage, chiropractic, doctors of all kinds, yoga, meditation, therapy, hypnotherapy, juice fasts and supplements. But nothing gave me LASTING freedom...until I found fascia release in 2008.
Fascia release alone wasn't quite enough though. In June of 2011, my entire life changed forever when I stopped pursuing "relief" from pain...and pursued the freedom to run and hike again. In just a few weeks, I completely rewired my nervous system by combining fascia release with activation of specific neural plasticity pathways in my brain and body.

This course is designed as an 8 week program in order for you to learn some foundational skills for self-healing and fascia release. You can participate as much or as little as you want. Healing isn't a race. You will retain access to the content after the 8 weeks to return to as often as you like.
All you need are a few essentials - a foam roller and softball or small medicine ball are essential. Additional tools that would be helpful include a lacrosse ball, tennis ball, softball, peanut ball and basketball. You'll be emailed a complete list of tools needed with links to purchase when you join.
